The Challenge

To know how to question an internal audience spread throughout the country, including nomadic employees

Methodology

We recommended video mini-groups of employees segmented according to hierarchical level and geography, allowing us to project the communication tools and benefit from the group dynamics. Then we launched a quantitative survey among the employees.

Outputs

We were able to reduce the use of less effective tools, strengthen key tools, eliminate useless practices and create new tools.
