Une étude qualitative en 2 étapes : une première étape d’entretiens exploratoires pour réaliser faire émerger les insights clés, comprendre les particularités, les besoins et les difficultés des élèves et des professeurs. A l’issue de cette première étape, Hachette a construit un nouveau format que nous avons testé dans une deuxième phase au travers d’un focus group réunissant 7 enseignants.
