The Context

Adapt a new information flyer for doorstep selling to customers and potential customers.

The Challenge

Ensure that the flyer is readable and attractive.

Our Approach

We were convinced that a behavioural approach would be the most appropriate, so we accompanied a door to door sales rep for a day, with the aim of re-contextualising the use of the flyer and in order to interview customers and potential customers immediately after the meeting with the sales rep.  We conducted some additional in-hall interviews to provide a more in-depth diagnostic.

Learnings on the flyer and on the door-to-door sales approach, with some very operational recommendations.
