Winning a new business pitch

The Context

PMU had organized a competition to select its new communication agency, and the Buzzman agency wished to explore the universe of horse-race and  horce-race betting, and test its recommendation for the new positioning of PMU

The Challenge

To explore a complex universe, with multiple target groups, with very short deadlines and a limited budget

Our Approach

Focus groups with horse-race punters, ex-punters, and horse-race betting non players who bet on other money gambling products

The Results

Buzzman won the competition at first round, and is currently working on PMU’s relaunch
