A year after the new Peugeot 508, was launched, the group wanted to carry out a comprehensive evaluation of the car and the B2B and B2C customer journeys.

Digital platform and individual ethnographic interviews, followed by focus groups with purchasers of the new 508 and purchasers of cars from competitor makes; telephone interviews with fleet managers and user-choosers.
