The Challenge

Don't let yourself be swayed by the natural desire for more and more information

Methodology

We chose to combine a qualitative group approach to explore the sources of interest in this information - with a particularly open facilitation guide - with a quantitative approach using flash interviews at tube exits, in order to objectify the results and ensure that we avoided the magnifying glass effect of the qualitative approach.

Outputs

The results are richer in terms of motivations, where information is sought and how it is used, and more objective and balanced.
