The Challenge

AFP produces and distributes content (both breaking and evergreen) in various formats—audio, video, and news wires—targeted not only at media outlets but also at researchers, a key audience tasked with selecting the best content to support their topics. During a platform redesign, the Agency aimed to better understand this audience and identify the key criteria for a successful customer journey.

Methodology

We conducted 30 virtual interviews with French and international clients and prospective researchers to explore the overall customer experience and the research journey. This individual approach enabled us to develop personas and identify the new rules of UX, allowing us to create a seamless customer journey.
