The Challenge

The Group wanted to explore the appeal of different product formulas for mature skin. The challenge is to continue to deliver excellent results and develop a unique beauty experience.

 

The challenge is to recommend the unique formula, but also the elements of the pack and the concept on which the Group can build and reinforce its Brand Power.

Methodology

Adwise's approach was tailor-made, iterative and digital

We began by meeting with women both face-to-face and digitally in one-to-one filmed interviews to explore their perceptions of their skin and their representations of the ideal beauty and formula. We distributed the formulas and the protocol.

-We handled a digital community on our digital conversation platform to gather feedback on each of the formulas at key moments of the experience. Each woman posted images and films of her experience.

We brought these women together in face-to-face and digital groups to share their experience, brainstorm and design the ideal experience, optimise the packages and test the concepts.

Outputs

Clear and operational recommendations to improve the chosen formula, to choose the adequate packs, to communicate on an impactful concept to boost the brand.
